i found the staff very helpful. the location was excellent with easy access to the metro and many restaurants, though the pillows were a strange square shape!
My room felt quite small. It was hard for two people to move around the bed at the same time! also the bathroom was not well organized and the sink was behind the door.

The location suited my needs well since it was near a metro station. It made traveling around the city quite easy. The staff was helpful with directions and local tips. I enjoyed the breakfast, it included a reasonable selection of pastries and fruits (especially the croissants!).
The room felt quite small. There was limited space to move around the bed. The soundproofing could have been better because I could hear noise from the street. The bathroom was not very spacious, and the sink was located behind the door.

I booked an executive double room, it was HUGE, including a big bathroom and balcony! the nespresso machine was great. free espresso in the lobby was a nice perk. internet worked perfectly, i worked remotely without any issues! the location rocks with easy walks to attractions and plenty of nearby food choices. Some stay open super late with locals hanging out!
my room was near the elevator, and the walls felt a bit thin, so i could hear other guests sometimes.

I found a few things frustrating. My "Classic Double Room" was much smaller than expected. It felt cramped. the breakfast buffet seemed understaffed. Several dishes were empty (the scrambled eggs were GONE!) and nobody was around to refill them.
